But in rare case, some lapse takes place in Perforation, colour,  printing etc. Even with all precautions by India Post, when such items come out, they are considered as unusual collectibles and are items of delight for collectors.  Such items which are incorrect in their colour, design, printing process or manufacture are known as Errors.
