In some few cases, India Post has issued folders in two languages viz. Hindi & English. Issue of Folders of Vishnu Digambar Bhatkhande is one of them. In this case, 12000 English folders and 3000 Hindi folders are issued. Hence Hindi folder is rare. It is noteworthy that these folders were issued free at that time. Red cross centenary issue of 8-5-1963 became the first priced folder/brochure. The cost of this blank folder was 7 nP.
