Pending issue of a regular stamp for the purpose, the 5p, definitive issue (Family Planning) was provisionally overprinted 'Refugee Relief' in english and Hindi. This overprint was made at the Security Printing Press, Nasik, and is known to have been done in both thick and thin types.
